Thomas Scott is a dedicated baseball coach known for his passion for developing players both on and off the field. With a strong focus on the fundamentals of the game, Coach Scott emphasizes discipline, teamwork, and situational awareness to build well-rounded athletes. His coaching philosophy centers on teaching the “why” behind every play, helping players strengthen their baseball IQ and make smarter decisions between the lines.

Driven by a commitment to player growth, Coach Scott fosters an environment that encourages hard work, respect for the game, and continuous improvement. His approach not only builds skilled players but also confident leaders who understand the mental and strategic side of baseball.

Zoie brings elite softball experience and a passion for developing players. A varsity standout all four years at Era High School (2019–2023), she was 2022 Defensive Player of the Year and holds the stolen base record for both a single season and her career. She trained privately under Coach Taylor Christian, the long-time assistant coach of the NCTC Lions, while playing select with the Black Widows, sharpening her skills and knowledge of the game.

At Dallas Christian College, Zoie competed at the collegiate level, earning President’s List honors and helping her team become regional champions and World Series finalists.

Specializing in hitting and catching, Zoie’s coaching philosophy is to build strong fundamentals, foster confidence, and help every athlete love the game while reaching their full potential. 

Cody Hill is in town and excited to help the next generation of North Texas baseball players. He will be coaching exclusively out of RBI Baseball and Softball, a premier newly opened facility in Whitesboro, Texas. He brings a wide variety of experience from pitching at the Junior College and Division 2 level as well as playing in the well known Coastal Plain League. He will be available for pitching and hitting lessons until August 10th.
